**Responsibilities**
- Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Prepare adjusting journal entries and review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences
- Direct activities of personnel engaged in filing, recording, compiling, and transmitting financial recordsPrepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning
**Skills Required**:
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of accounting principles and practices, automotive financial markets, analysis and reporting of financial data
**Other Requirements**
- Meticulous and able to think analytically
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Dependable and able to multi-taskSingaporean, minimum proven 2 years of experience in the accounting industry
Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3500
