We are looking for a **Business Systems Analyst**to support the successful delivery of IT initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, assisting in solution evaluations, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis**
- Work closely with business users to collect, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist in translating business needs into system specifications and process flows.
- Participate in user story development and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

**2. Project Coordination**
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and reporting under the guidance of the PMO.
- Help maintain project documentation including status reports, requirements logs, and test plans.
- Assist in preparing stakeholder updates and dashboards.

**3. Solution & Technology Support**
- Contribute to solution evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Help coordinate architecture review discussions and implementation planning.
- Support testing activities including test case review and UAT coordination.

**4. Vendor & Stakeholder Interaction**
- Liaise with vendors for product demonstrations, pricing, and onboarding.
- Act as a communication bridge between business units, IT, and third-party providers.
- Participate in vendor assessments and feedback collection.

**5. Budgeting & Financial Support**
- Support tracking of project costs and vendor invoicing.
- Assist in collating data for IT budget planning and reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business process mapping.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with both business users and technical teams.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Exposure to budgeting or vendor engagement is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are beneficial but not required.
