**Divisional Project Controller**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Divisional Project Controller**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting to VP of BSP APAC Controlling, you will be business partnering closely with project steering committee/owner and the business/functional stakeholders to drive in driving, managing, coordinating and tracking all projects rolled out at the BSP Division.
- Prepare and evaluate business project investment decisions incl. commercial merit, profitability, working capital, discounting cash flow, payback period, ROIs etc.
- Provide support for M&A and Integration activities for Business Unit and M&A Team such as targets mapping, interest building, preliminary commercial & financial analysis, due diligence, SPA preparation, price calculation, closing process and post merger functional integration and synergy realization and tracking, etc.
- Working closely with other functions (Finance, SSC, IT, SAP, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc) for process improvement and simplification to gain efficiency without compromising on effectiveness.
- Develop, monitor, track and report project performance metrics (progress, timeline, financial, commercial and operational KPIs) and provide action-oriented reports.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business/financial Controllership, FP&A, M&A and Integration in multinational or public listed company with financial audit background in Big 4 accounting firms
- Strong in Microsoft Office Applications particularly MS Excel and MS Power point. Experience in using SAP and Hyperion will be added advantage.
- Strong project management, analytical ability, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to exercise commercial and business acumen
- Hands on, willing to deal with details and is meticulous
- Resourceful and able to work independently; ability to work in matrix structure
- Ability to work with tight timelines and challenges
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and people management skills and can be a strong business partner for internal stakeholders
- Team player with drive and positive attitude
- Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skill
