We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Communicate with stakeholders at a regional/global level; ensure effective internal and external communication and sharing of such projects
- Serve as liaison between Client Management Implementation and other project stakeholders
- Support the Country Head of CM to ensure the performance objectives of the business are achieved
- Work beyond the scope of the Implementation function, to support sales, product, operations and the rest of Client Management to deliver the strategic objectives of the business
- Act as a senior implementation sponsor to support all top tier clients
- To handle all aspects of documentation including negotiation relating to domestic and regional cash management solutions (including accounts management, liquidity management, payables management, receivables management and delivery systems) for GB, FI and CMB clients
- Manage the end-to-end client implementation process
- Ensure a direct bottom line impact by enabling the flow of new revenue through the client implementation process
- Ensure a direct impact to customer perception of HSBC by providing a high quality on-boarding experience
- Provide a positive and professional onboarding experience for all new customers
- Help to understand clients' needs in order to improve our offering to existing customers
- Generate cross country referrals facilitated via Global Links
- Generate referrals for other Global Businesses, e.g. Private Banking (PB), Global Banking and Markets (GBM), Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM), as appropriate
- Keep abreast of external factors influencing international business e.g. economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Qualification to a University Degree with at least 4 years of proven years of progressive cash management product set up and management experience or equivalent is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
- Ability to understand a customer’s business and the fundamentals of running a business
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
- Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Strong analytical skills
- Project Management skills
