**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Project team to oversee the implementation, testing, commissioning and taking over of the mechanical systems, including ACMV, chiller plant, airside equipment, EMS/BMS, lifts/escalators
- Be responsible for planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving the maintenance outcomes of the mechanical systems
- Conduct periodic inspections on the system functionality, performance, and abnormalities.
- Track, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of work and payment to the vendor
- Be responsible for the renewal and administration of the maintenance term contracts and statutory certification
- Submit monthly reports of critical systems.
- Analyse system performance data and make recommendations for performance improvement (eg. utility consumption, maintenance quality)
- Review and improve on SOP/workflow
- Prepare budget and manage expenditures within the approved budget.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in managing mechanical systems of reputable buildings (office buildings or shopping malls)
- Possess a strong knowledge of air conditioning system
