Job Responsibilities
- Plan and direct all restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Job Duties
- Set operating goals and objectives.
- Assess staffing requirement and recruit staff when needed
- Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen and restaurant
- Ensure compliance with restaurant security procedures
- Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
- Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements and place order with local and/or overseas suppliers (Ie : Fresh produce, wines & etc)
- Any other ad-hoc Task as determined by the director Requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience in F&B Operational experience and at least 3 years managerial experience
- Familiar with Korean Food and culture
- Requires nights and weekend availability
- Proven ability to multi-task and supervise, independent, ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced working environment.
