**General**
- Singaporean FEMALE staff nurse required
- Perform any other duties assigned
- Practice good housekeeping habits
- Proficiency in **English and MANDARIN **are required to handle Mandarin speaking patients
- GynaeMD Women's & Rejuvenation Clinic **requires nurse to assist in examinations/operations for its WOMEN patients.**

**Financial**
- Be responsible for complete billing at every transaction
- Ensure accurate cash and credit transactions and maintain a daily record of all transactions. Report all shortfalls promptly
- Ensure all procedure codes for patients are promptly keyed into the Clinic Management System
- Exercise economy and care in the use of supplies and equipment; report any malfunction promptly

**Internal Process**
- Attend to registration and appointment scheduling
- Update patient biodata as and when necessary
- Prepare and process documentations for relevant procedures within the clinic or in other areas
- Direct patients to appropriate waiting area after registration and distribute the appointment cards or medical case records to the rooms.
- Perform routine tests and certain aesthetic procedures (in accordance to SMC aesthetic guidelines) on selected patients i.e. blood pressure, physical measurement, urine labstix test, CTG and report abnormalities appropriately
- Ensure the clinic rooms are prepared before clinic sessions
- Assist the doctor in the consult room and complete forms where necessary
- Ensure accuracy of patient details before issuing of prescriptions and medical certificates under medical supervision
- Maintain an accurate daily record of medicines dispensed and present in the clinic dispensary
- To ensure that all medications (routine and emergency) present in the dispensary are not expired and that they are stored in the optimum recommended environment
- Maintain confidentiality of patients’ records and personal information
- Maintain proper retrieval and dispatching of case records
- Ensure all administrative documents and financial receipts are properly filed for external audit
- Ensure test results are properly filed and managed
- Be accountable for medical certificate records in your custody
- Observes Universal Precaution in patient-care procedures
- Ensure adequate replenishment of consumables in the clinic
- Responsible for equipment (including emergency equipment) in the clinic and to report any faulty equipment appropriately
- To assist the doctor in minor operations performed in the clinic and, if required by the doctor, minor and major operations performed in day surgery and major operating theatre.
- To perform simple procedures in the clinic i.e. taking blood, setting drip
- To monitor patients well-being after procedures performed in the clinic
- To ensure that all waste and toxic substances are properly disposed off

- Attend to patients’/public enquiries
- Anticipate patients’/public needs and provide relevant information
- Be able to resolve patients’ enquiries responsively
- Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment for both staff and public
