**The Early Career Group (ECG) Program Rotation Plan**
- The Analyst will complete **3 rotations with 3 different products**, after which he/she will settle into a product team. The first rotation will last 12-months, followed by two 6 months rotations;
- Before commencement of the first rotation ECG Analysts will complete a brief training program covering various finance and accounting related topics as well as specific in-house training covering ING’s business practices, systems, procedures and processes;
- In each rotation, the Analyst will be operating as part of a team responsible for the origination, eecution and distribution of CMA transactions.

- **Loan Distribution Group**:distribution platform for all of ING’s financing activities in the primary and secondary loan markets. The platform does also cover the usage of the insurance market (CPRI) as risk and/or capital distribution tool.

**Strategic Advisory**:

- **ING | Mergers & Acquisitions**

**Core Tasks & Material Responsibilities (applicable for all rotations)**
- Origination: (a) drafting marketing materials including pitch books and presentations; (b) detailed equity/debt analysis of clients/targets/situations including valuation and/or credit analysis (as relevant); and (c) market research, competitor analysis and appropriate capital structure reviews (as relevant) Deal e
- ecution: (a) valuation, pricing, credit analysis and/or financial analysis (as relevant); (b) key transaction administration (dataroom, Q&A, meeting coordination, etc) and/or deal documentation (e.g. term sheets, mandate letters, facility agreements); (c) day-to-day process coordination and communication with clients and other advisers; (d) assistance in the drafting of transaction documentation; and (e) processing of documents for internal project approvals
- Liaising closely with colleagues in other CMA product teams to deliver integrated solutions to ING’s clients
- Monitoring relevant market information and collection of market data and dynamics in support of teams
- Assisting teams in maintaining relevant databases, filing systems and presentation templates
- Build knowledge of the activities and personnel of key clients, equity and debt products available in the market and how corporate finance, leveraged finance, capital markets and underwriting / loan distribution and sales transactions work

**Your Profile**

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or Advanced Mathematics with e
- cellent results Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of e
- perience in corporate or investment banking
- Knowledge in fundamental and market-oriented valuation methods
- Possess strong analytical skills, methodical and meticulous with competencies to perform financial modelling and financial analysis E
- cellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAsian language ability will be an added advantage for Hong Kong and Singapore hiring locations. You will be e
- pected to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated individual and confident team player with a high degree of initiative
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrate ability to work under tight timelines within a team setting
