**What we need**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Support end-to-end recruitment that includes but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Improve hiring manager’s capability with the interviewing processes and proactive networking through social media channels and employer branding as key source of talent pipelining
- Own Talent Acquisition data and metrics while defines and measure achievement of key recruiting program to improve attraction and selection of talent and SLAs
- Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization
- Seasoned and mature leader with a minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience in data centres or high growth partnerships and infrastructure/telecommunications MNCs
- Decisive individual who understands the strategic goals and follows through with operational, implementation and detail-oriented actions
- Ability to work autonomously as an independent contributor and brings a methodical process-oriented discipline to the hiring process
- Possess strong resilience to drive outcomes in an ambiguous and matrixed environment growing at a fast pace
- Ability to speak in Bahasa would be preferable
