**Responsibilities** - Oversee the gathering and distribution of customer insights for H&B's operations in South East Asia. - Helping the insights director to deliver insights that inspire action across the Southeast Asian markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam for the H&B group of Dairy Farm brands. - Integrate the usage of customer insights to improve internal customer understanding. - The greatest insights solution for each business challenge can be provided by managing and maximizing relationships with agencies. **Ensure South-East Asia Food/H&B team has the necessary market data to make informed customer decisions.** - Maintain links with research suppliers - Be the primary point of contact for research organizations. - Make sure all providers with whom Dairy Farm shares data (such as Nielsen, IQVIA, Euromonitor, etc.) have data sharing agreements in place. - Utilize any "trade & barter" provisions in the contracts (such as service, research credits, market knowledge, ad hoc analysis, etc.) to their fullest extent. - Work on pertinent, ongoing market reporting with agencies and internal stakeholders. - Manage specialized insights for both strategic and tactical business decisions. **Drive usage and insights within the organization** - Assist in the delivery of the "Actions Required" and the insights summary from each round of deliverables. - Support the use of numerous sources of data, both internal and external, to give cross-data analysis and recommendations. - Assist the insights manager in providing each relevant department and stakeholder with clear and understandable insights **Work South-East Asia Food/H&B Category teams in the creation of inputs for regular management updates.** - Support the provision of important summaries of "what is happening in the market" and "actionable recommendation" of insights to be used in C-suite meetings. - Utilizing all of the available customer insights data, assist category team in taking daily actions. **Requirements**: - Good understanding quantitative or qualitative research techniques. - Well-developed analytical and communication skills Job Code: EUGK EA Reg No: R22104964 (Kwek Hong Hao, Eugene) EA License No: 01C4394 (PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE Pte Ltd) 580182
