**Votre mission**:
As part of **our rapid expansion**, we are looking for a **Junior Field Application Engineer** to strengthen our teams.

Reporting directly to the **APAC Technical Support Manager**, you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to implementation, as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. You will be part of a team of 3 people.

**Your Principle Missions**:

- Provide before sales support:

- Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests,
- Manage test and support equipment including product check, scheduling,
- Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering,
- Attending in dedicated Trade Shows and Conferences to support the Sales team.

**After sales support**:

- Online support (Desk, Team-Viewer, mail, phone,...),
- On site assistance for installation and commissioning,
- On site or remote customer training,
- Manage and Follow equipment return for tests and repairs.

**Other internal duties**:

- Technical document writing and reviewing (Documentation, Technical articles, test reports, etc.),
- New products / firmware / software test and review,
- Link between sales, customers, and R&D to provide feedback about bugs and wished improvements.

This position will require regular travel in APAC Area, an occasionally in France.

**Le profil idéal**:

- Education in computer sciences or embedded systems engineering, ideally with a experience in robotics, you are curious about various technologies in all fields (Sea, Land, Air).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (desired Octave / Matlab), and eventually in positioning and navigation systems (GNSS, inertial, Imaging, Lidar, etc.)
- Can demonstrate fluency in English, on both writing and oral (working language), other languages (such as Chinese), are a plus.
- Have good communication skills, like to be in direct contact with customers, and working in team.
- Enjoy challenge while being adaptable with problem solving capabilities.
