About the Team
The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.

**What You Will Do**:
1. Market Research on relevant best practices in all of our operating markets globally to ensure external competitiveness, and legal compliance;
2. Participate in the design and review of global mobility plans and policies for our employees, including both short-term and long-term assignments, as well as relocation requirements etc;
3. Annual/Semi Annual review of relevant total rewards offerings and guidelines;
4. Perform other duties as assigned, including internal stakeholder management and implementation of other related projects.
1. 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards or/and Global Mobility background;
2. BA/BS degree or higher educational background;
**3. Strong analytical capabilities**: Analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine C&B strategies, able to work well with complex data sets;
**4. Excellent communication skills**: Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and business leaders;
5. Fluency in English is required.
