**Job Description & Requirements**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **M&E Project Coordinator / Draftsperson**to join our dynamic team. This role involves both **project coordination**and **technical drafting**to support our projects from planning to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage M&E works, liaising with clients, contractors, and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Prepare, update, and review M&E drawings using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage).
- Conduct inspections of M&E installations, such as Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions, and prepare submission/as-built documentation.
- Assist in site measurements, verification of works, and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of M&E systems, local codes, and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to attend site visits and adapt to project requirements.
