As a Marine Sales Manager, you will be meaningfully contribute to the expansion of the Marine Coatings business unit. This is a new role, created to further develop our business within Singapore. You will directly report to the Business Manager. Responsible for Revenue generation to achieve sales target. **Main Responsibilities** - Responsible for executing Sales Strategies in line with Sub-regional plan for achieving local objectives and growth. - Delivering on self KPIs including Revenue, Net Profit and Accounts Receivables - Responsible and coordinating with Asia Pacific team on X-border Marine Drydock and Newbuilding opportunities to build and increase orders. - Collaborates with PPG Global Key Account Mangers in cross-border projects to support, guide and direction agreement to achieve growth in Drydocking, Newbuilding and Sea Stock segment. - Engaging and work with customers from Marine sector: Ship Owners, Ship and Fleet Management, Shipyards and Contractors to promote marine coatings and secure purchase orders. - Gain understanding on marine coatings, advising specifications, prepare for decks and presentation to promote product’s advantage, make proposal and quotation to customers. - Build pricing strategy, focus on gross margin and profitability. - **Qualifications** - A university degree in marine engineering, business or any related fields.
