**Key Responsibilities**
- First line response and conduct investigations into pilferages and other reports lodged by the clients and management of the SATS Group of companies.
- Conduct investigation into malpractice and misconduct, security breaches, work process lapses, and any events which may lead to civil or criminal action.
- Responsible for interviewing witnesses and perpetrators, gathering and analysing data/records, conducting background checks to uncover prima facie evidence of a disciplinary and/or criminal offence.
- Responsible for drafting and submitting comprehensive investigation reports and providing threat/risk assessment.
- Liaise with state authorities on the smooth handover of investigation reports and evidences when a criminal offence has been disclosed and police report lodged.
- Conduct surveillance on vulnerable flights and cargo operations to detect any suspicious activity.
- Conduct crime prevention talks to clients and employees in the SATS Group.

**Key Requirements**- Minimum 3 “O’ Levels with proficiency (B5 and above) in English
- Must possess PLRDs Private Investigator License
- Able to work rotating shifts.
- Class 3 driving license preferred.
