Security Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- To achieve accreditation and then ensure ongoing compliance by the company with the security regulatory requirements in respect of Perso Bureau as required by relevant organizations (PCI-CP, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Diners Club, CUP, ISO 27001, ISO 14298 and etc.)
- Coordinate with guard agency company on the deployment and optimization of manpower utilization
- Manage of the Security Control room to ensure effective operations as per procedures and requirements needed
- Report directly to the Site Security Manager on the day-to-day security operations of the site
- Management of physical security projects as required by internal and external customers
- Acting in accordance with the Corporate Security Management System and Policy to manage all aspects of personnel, physical and production security at site
- To direct and investigate all matters where actions of staff or others could or have caused a breach of security and advise on procedures to be implemented to prevent re-occurrence
- To support on payment brands associations and customer audits
- To operate the security of the systems supporting the access control, alarm and video recording systems
- To conduct Physical security awareness training to all staffs and external vendors in the site to ensure appropriate level of security consciousness.
- Any other special projects as specified, as and when required by the Site Security Manager
- The job holder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales DIS Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma preferably in related field or in Security Operations
- 3 years of experience (preferably related to physical security and/or operations)
- Familiarity with Security Access control system like AMAG
- Able to manage operations of the Security Control Room under a highly pressurize environment
- Able to handle audits both internal and external in terms of physical and operational controls
- Demonstrate abilities to manage external and internal customers and vendor
- High interpersonal skills, which will permit successful management of all aspects of personnel and situations together with a developing ability.
- Demonstrates great maturity and holds a very high degree of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to liaison and communicate with all levels of people
- Independent, approachable and analytical
