Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations projects within the region, including scope definition, timeline creation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Business Analysis, Product, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
3. Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring mínimal impact on business operations.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes across projects to enhance productivity.
4. Performance Metrics:
- Analyse project data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, project charters, status reports, and post-project reviews.
- Provide regular status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key project metrics, milestones, and outcomes.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or Operation coordination, preferably in operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within a regional or multi-site setting.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
