Requirement
- At least 1 Years and above experience of related job roles.
- Prior working experience in similar role in Food & Beverages Industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
- Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
Job Scope
- We are looking for Customer Care, Executive to fill a vacant position at BaWangChaJi Group’s Headquarter. This position plays a vital role in contributing to BWCJ Group success through upholding the highest standard of customers satisfaction and experience level.
- Maintain all customer contacts and relevant information in customer service database.
- Attend to all complaints and issues raised by customers timely at social media or outlets. Ensures all complaints and issues raised are resolved satisfactory.
- Keeps abreast of company’s products and promotions information to answer to customer queries while gaining knowledge of future promotions, products, and processes.
- Supports all internal departments in store process readiness, and product and promotions launch. Provides relevant training and information to outlet staffs and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct survey and research on customer satisfactory level and experience towards the Brand and suggest and implement actions to improve and enhance overall customers’ experience.
- Enhances and implements customer cares related processes while adhering to standard operating procedures.
