Alkanaah International Tours and Travel has proudly served as the appointed General Sales Agent (GSA) for Saudia Airlines for many years. Saudia is a globally recognized carrier, consistently ranked as a Five-Star Global Airline.

We are currently seeking a **Ticketing & Reservations Supervisor**to join and lead our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the reservations and ticketing team, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with airline standards.
- Oversee and assist with complex bookings, ticketing, reissuance, rebookings, and refunds using GDS (Amadeus).
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and special service requests, coordinating with relevant departments when needed.
- Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to staff, identifying areas for improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies, service enhancements, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay current with airline policies, GDS updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare regular performance reports and participate in forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Actively contribute to identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management and support continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in air ticketing and reservations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of airfares, ticketing procedures, and GDS (Amadeus) is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reporting tools.
- **Bonus**:Knowledge of Sabre system and proficiency in Chinese (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
