**Job Title: Head of Product**
**Location**:Singapore
**Reports To**:Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the family’s long-term vision, investment goals, and operational needs.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for platforms such as investment dashboards, performance reporting tools, governance portals, and philanthropic giving systems.
- Collaborate closely with the investment, finance, legal, estate planning, IT, and family engagement teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, software providers, and development partners as needed.
- Champion innovation while ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are upheld at all times.
- Define and track success metrics for product performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.
- Lead, grow, and mentor a small product and project team where applicable.
- Support change management and training across family members and staff when introducing new tools or processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **12**+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management, or fintech; experience in a family office or private investment firm is highly preferred.
- Proven success delivering data-rich digital platforms or tools for high-net-worth individuals or institutional users.
- Strong understanding of investment workflows, reporting, and governance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors or consultants.
- Strong technical literacy — comfortable working with data systems, APIs, dashboards, and modern product development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**:
A service-oriented mindset with a deep appreciation for the unique dynamics of family offices. Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a discreet, low-ego, high-trust environment. Prior experience implementing or integrating tools like Addepar, Dynamo, Salesforce, or custom reporting solutions. Familiarity with estate planning, philanthropy platforms, or family governance tools.
