**About the Role**

As the Head of Product, you will be the driving force behind our product development efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of our product roadmap. As this is currently a small team, you’ll also be expected to be hands on and be the PM on some of our product streams.

**What you’ll do**
- Drive a clear product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and market trends
- Collaborate with co-founders to define the product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, and business objectives
- Lead a small team of 1 other PM and a QA and work closely with our Head of Product Design and CTO. As this is currently a small team, you’ll also be expected to be hands on and be the PM on some of our product streams
- Engage with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction
- Work with our Data Analyst to uncover and analyse data to drive decision making
- Analyse user feedback, market data, and competitive landscapes to make informed decisions
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product innovation and differentiation

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years experience in Product Management or related roles, in technology or software companies (b2b SaaS, marketplace, or food tech experience a plus)
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
