**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- 'The incumbent will support the International Affairs (IA) team and Asia-Ready Exposure Programme (AEP) team in coordinating and supporting youth programs and engagements for youth and youth organizations in Singapore. The incumbent will get the opportunity to support the coordination of international youth programmes and possibly participate as a youth delegate representing Singapore at suitable youth exchange platforms. The incumbent will also support the team in coordinating other G-to-G youth relations and exchanges at the Ministerial and Senior Official levels for specific bilateral accounts as well as multilateral arrangements such as ASEAN, ASEAN+3, Commonwealth, UN, and APEC. There will also be opportunity for him/her to liaise with organisations to curate programmes, assist in the design and curation of country modules / package as eLearning materials and handle grant processes. They could also be involved in marketing and publicity matters that pertain to raising the visibility and awareness of ASEAN member states, China and India (ACI). Broadly, job scope should include the following categories: 1. Programme coordination 2. Marketing campaign management 3. Coordination between internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. between MCCY, other ministries, intra-NYC) 4. Grant management 5. Programme evaluation
