Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support the Regulatory Affairs team with UDI (Unique Device Identification) data entry activities for Australia and Singapore. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in regulatory affairs, data management, or the medical device industry.Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accurate entry and maintenance of UDI data in relevant regulatory databases (e.g., TGA, Singapore HSA).
  • Review and validate product information to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and data.
  • Support data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Assist with other regulatory support tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with UDI requirements or regulatory databases is a plus.
  • Interest in regulatory affairs or medical device compliance.
