Admin Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Admin cum Finance Officer**to manage day-to-day administrative and financial operations. This role requires multitasking across office support, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Handle general office administration including filing, procurement, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and records.
- Assist in HR-related matters such as staff onboarding, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies when necessary.
- Support in organizing company meetings, events, and logistics.
**Finance Duties**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants.
- Handle petty cash and company reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative and finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
