- AIRUDDER is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking to hire a seasoned Product Expert to help build SME product roadmap, prioritise product ideas and work closely with the Head of Department to develop and execute the product vision. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial PMs who value moving quickly. If you have demonstrated experience building new products, have empathy for both consumers and businesses and want to unlock the potential for messaging to serve millions of customers, we would be excited to hear from you.

**About the Job**- You are responsible for developing and executing the SMB product vision and strategy. With an in-depth understanding of the market, you work with leadership to plan and execute the roadmap.- You deeply focus to understand the customers' business scenarios, help the business to improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention rates.
- Summarizing the growth methodologies you focus on improvements and implement and drive growth strategies.

**Who you are**:
- You have an eye for design and the ability to think creatively. In a fast paced startup we expect you to be extremely proactive and a self-driven problem solver.- You are experienced in creating a strategic product roadmap from conception to launch and leading the product vision/go-to-market strategy.
- **Strong understanding of the messaging ecosystem, markets, and competition.
- **Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, sales, customer support, finance, or marketing.
- Very strong English and Chinese communication skills are preferred.
- You have previous experience in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent, MBA preferred.
