- **Corrective Actions**:Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Process Improvement**:Monitor and improve quality control and assurance processes to enhance product consistency and safety.
- **Supplier Coordination**:Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
- **Training**:Train production and other staff on quality control procedures and food safety practices.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records and documentation for all quality control activities, including audits and inspections.

Skills & Qualifications
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in laboratory testing, data analysis, and understanding of food safety systems such as HACCP and GMP.
- **Attention to Detail**:A strong ability to meticulously inspect products and processes and maintain accurate records.
- **Problem-Solving**:The capacity to identify quality issues and develop effective solutions.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings, collaborate with teams, and train staff.
- **Knowledge of Regulations**:Familiarity with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
