**Job Description (Food QA/AC Executive)**
- Daily morning inspection of factory premises
- Make sure the factory internal and external environment must meet the standards as outlined in AVA regulations and ISO 22000 - daily inspection duties
- Maintain ISO filing
- Monitoring of personal hygiene standards of all food handlers/staff
- Conduct training for production staff
- To investigate any quality issues related to raw materials and products
- Ensure compliance of First in, First Out rules are applied
- Rectify customer’s complaints and follow up with Corrective Actions
- In charge of audit visits by customers and licensing bodies (AVA, SOCOTEC, etc)
- Rectify audit finding with appropriate Corrective Actions
- Liaise with external laboratory on microbiological testing, sending out of product samples
- Setup or improve existing SOP on processes and storage in regard to quality and food safety requirements
- Source for quotation from vendors in regard to necessary services or equipment
- Overall responsible for the supervision of the Production Team
- To lead and manage a team of production workers to meet daily targets
- Production planning and forecast
- Overseeing of production flow
- Streamline the company's production process to maintain an efficient and effective team.
- Evaluate, improve product quality, production efficiency, work procedures, and safety enhancement in accordance with food safety and GMPs
- Liaise with vendors on the repair/maintenance of the machines and vehicles
- Assist in company’s R&D products
- To investigate any quality issues related to raw materials and products
- Assist the management team with upcoming/ongoing projects
- Familiarise with Singapore or other countries’ food regulations
- Meet KPI targets within the portfolio set by Company Director
- Liaise with respective authorities for exports/imports
- Hands-on in production when lacking manpower.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Experience in food manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Food safety requirements
- Able to communicate in different languages.
- Possess good communication skills and a team player
- Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations
