Program reporting and measurement strategy
- Own and manage the OKR process with the International Team through the chosen
reporting platform. Work with our Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to
facilitate this process across subcos.
- Improve the subco experience with the International Team - understand the reporting requirements across the group to improve subco experience.
- Understand the ‘must haves’ for HQ reporting
- Help prioritise information and knowledge gathering via subcos
- Outline the measurement strategy in alignment with our subsidiaries
- Partner with subsidiaries to define critical business decisions and what data is
required to support those decisions
- Map out key data requirements across the group
- Define success metrics (aligned with program objectives) with the program leaders. Example
programs include:

- Employee experience
- Contractor management
- Program data analysis and reporting
- Drive the creation and execution of a performance dashboard across the group
- Collect, analyse, and report the insights based on the defined metrics
- Provide internal and external benchmarks to establish baselines for our programs
- Manage reporting expectations to drive transparency for the Headquarters team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of consulting and problem solving experience is required preferably in business performance analysis
- Stakeholder management across mid to senior level (functional and group-wide)
- Program reporting experience
- Proven data analysis experience
