Work Location: Commonwealth MRT
Salary Range: $4,500-$5,500
Timing
24x7 helpdesk agent
12 hours shift (Mainly 7pm to 8am or 7am - 8pm on weekends).
Work 3 shift a week and rest 4 days.
**Job Description**:

2. Managed a team of 5-10 before (at least)
3. 2 years of call center management experience
