
E-performance Marketing Manager

**Traffic acquisition & retention for multiple eCommerce channel platforms**
- Lead eCommerce digital media activation, planning, optimization, and tracking across GBUs (Global Business Unit).
- Define & execute strategy for traffic acquisition for out-platform (e.g. FB CPAS, Google Ads), in-platform (e.g. MyAds, Sponsored Solutions, Citrus), affiliates, and new media.
- Plan & manage continuous media optimization across the different platforms in close collaboration with our agency.
- Acquisition includes search, prospecting, re-targeting, and social commerce.
- Find and test new media channels for traffic acquisition and revenue generation.
- Be a Best-in-Class business partner for our customers.
- Main KPIs are Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and eCommerce Attributed GMV.
- Lead roll-out full-funnel marketing model between digital media and eCommerce functions as part of one integrated consumer journey.
**Internal engagement & collaboration**
- Closely work with internal partners to ensure the best campaign collaboration with eCRM, brand marketing, and eCommerce commercial teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree qualifications.
- At least 5 years of online media and search experience, ideally associated with eCommerce, at a consumer brand and/or media agency; 7+ years of total work experience.
- Solid experience working on social media, Google Ads, affiliates, re-targeting, managing accounts and performance directly and through specialized agencies.
- Full-funnel marketing experience with clear consumer journey understanding.
- Experience working on 1P CRM databases & audiences is a plus.
- Strong analytical & numeracy skills and logical thinking for campaign & channel analysis.
- Strong growth mindset and embraces “test and learn” working.
- Inquisitive, curious, challenge the status quo.
- Strong ownership, hands-on and good at dealing with ambiguity in a start-up-like environment.
- Excels at working with internal stakeholders and third parties/agencies responsible for program execution.
- Strong budget management to ensure maximized ROI.
