- Deborah Arthur- Recruiter Our prestigious client, a global investment bank is looking for an ambitious finance and accounting professional to join their global markets team within FP&A. This exciting role will be diverse in scope and will be responsible for managing and delivering business performance reporting and analytic requirements as well as daily interaction and stakeholder management with front office.

This hands on role will support traders in various regions with the delivery of performance reporting and analytic outcomes across products, segments and cost management. It will involve partnering with the business on initiatives as well as preparing budgets and tracking performance against these projections and providing commentary around this. Continually looking at process improvement and automation whilst also ensuring control processes are in place. With 5-7 years experience working in an FP&A related role in an international investment bank, you will have a can do attitude and a broad understanding of business performance metrics. The role will require a finance professional who can think outside the box and present effortlessly around the financials. An understanding of Basel rules as well as strong technical skills are a pre-requisite for this role. Stakeholder management and understanding the commerciality behind the business and contributing to growth and future direction will make this a very rewarding opportunity.
