Millionaireasia is looking for a IT, Website & Video Director who will be in charge of the in-house production team to create ideas from papers, capture, produce and edit videos and/or photos as well as other multimedia content in order to showcase stories about the brand value, increase awareness of company-wide initiatives, events, publication and staff efforts to regularly engage the Millionaireasia's audiences. And also, to manage the company’s website and content to raise company’s profile.

**Roles & Responsibilities (Video)**:

- Work with marketing team as part of media team to ideate, develop and execute short and long form video content
- Research and source for the right media assets (video and static) for the video content
- Assist the media team lead to produce high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform
- Create content for social media platforms (i.e. Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
- Take on different production roles when required
- Evolve and develop aesthetics while maintaining brand consistency
- Conceptualise and execute video shoots for digital, print publication and events

**Roles & Responsibilities (Photography)**:

- Work with editorial team as part of media team to conceptualise and execute photoshoots for digital, print publication and events
- Research and develop photography concepts that are in line with the company brand
- Assist with photo edits when required
- Evolve and develop aesthetics while maintaining brand consistency

**Roles & Responsibilities (Website)**:

- Manage company’s CMS, working with developers and editors to ensure it's meeting the needs of your organisation
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
- Create and upload graphics for website content
- Source, commission and sometimes edit images and videos
- Analyse analytics data to learn how users interact with your site
- Maintain website’s content according to company’s brand guide
- Do weekly check to ensure website’s functionality

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of work experience in website management, video and photo pre to post production and editing, content creation; with good grasp of written, editorial and oral communications.
- Proficient in WordPress and knowledge of Elementor
- Experience in and an eye for photography, videography and design
- Added advantage for those with knowledge/skill/experience in graphic design, media relations, corporate branding, digital marketing, SEO
- Independent as well as a teamplayer and able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to take stress
- Able to multi-task and handle different projects simultaneously
