Agile Delivery Manager

As an Agile Project Manager you are the orchestrator of the development and delivery of CueZen’s solution to the customer. No other role gives you the opportunity to work with such a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the predictable and effective delivery of smoothly running, customer-pleasing system. You will have the opportunity to solve interesting technical challenges and collaborate with the customer’s technical stakeholders and internal Engineering teams alike.

**Your Impact**:

- Own all technical aspects of solution delivery to an enterprise customer, from agile development to deployment, built on the CueZen platform.
- Build rapport and collaboration with customer IT teams and other technical stakeholders, such as vendors of other systems that integrate with the platform.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst and Product Manager to capture the priority of user stories.
- Own and maintain the project backlog with input from Engineering team on story point estimates.
- Conduct regular backlog grooming with the customer to prioritize and plan for future releases.
- Conduct daily scrums, both within the Engineering team, and across other roles (e.g. Business Analyst, Product Manager, DevOps) to ensure that everybody involved in the project is on track, on time and in sync.
- Work with Engineering team to ensure planned user stories and epics for each monthly release are developed in the right prioritized order, on time and up to spec.
- Work with offshore teams in different time zones.
- Identify, manage and communicate risks, impediments and issues.
- Champion Agile principles and methodology.
- Provide regular sprint and release progress updates to the customer.
- Plan the resources and timeline needed for deployment and testing in the customer’s cloud environment.
- Oversee the deployment and verification of new releases by DevOps and Engineering teams, which includes deploying new versions of the CueZen platform into multiple environments, configuring it according to customer requirements, and ensuring that gate checks pass between each stage.
- Support the Business Analyst and/or Product Manager by conducting the required system tests, including system integration tests (with other systems), user acceptance tests, performance tests, and security tests.
- Manages daily production support and oversees resolution with customers

**What do you need to be successful in this position?**:

- You have at least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with ownership of agile development and deployment.
- You have at least 8 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- You have successfully managed the development and deployment of complex software systems for enterprise customers.
- You are calm and confident in front of customers even in the face of difficult situations, and can quickly build rapport and win the trust of technical stakeholders as the technical representative of CueZen.
- You communicate confidently, clearly and calmly, and are able to engage effectively with both technical / non-technical customers, and the Engineering team.
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and will not shy away from digging deep into technical problems to get to the bottom of them, so that you can find effective and scalable solutions.
- You have excellent leadership skills and have demonstrated your ability to work effectively with software engineering teams in a role that drives the agile development process.
- You enjoy being hands-on, and are able to work closely with Engineers to ensure that development is progressing well, and risks and impediments are resolved promptly.
- You have a meticulous and organized approach to work, and are able to track many fine details and dependencies, while keeping your eyes on the big picture goals that need to be achieved.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You must be located, or be willing to relocate to, Singapore.
- Experience with Singapore Government projects is a plus
