Trustana's goal is to enable buyers to bring the highest quality products to their customers by connecting them with pre-screened, curated international suppliers. It also helps suppliers to expand their customer base by supporting the internationalization of their products and connecting them with reputable buyers. The platform leverages decentralised technology to enable users to have control and ownership over their data.

Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment activities for our teams in Singapore and China, with new countries across SEA in the pipeline
- Effectively source roles through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals and networking
- Keep a pulse on the marketplace to act quickly in response to talent needs and attraction
- Manage, prioritize and close jobs in a timely and effective manner
- Promote and be the custodian of the Trustana employer branding activities
- Continually works with the hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process and improve internal policies
- Create and maintain the analytics, reports and dashboard of the TA function
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- About 4-6 years of experience in an in-house Talent /Recruitment role, ideally in a start-up/ tech company
- Experience recruiting across SEA countries and China will be highly preferred
- Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
- Passionate about Talent Acquisition and People matters
- Ability to prioritize demanding workflows, detailed-oriented and well organized
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and yet still be team-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
