Business FunctionIBG Credit works closely with IBG to manage our risk exposure by balancing business’ objective to maximise returns against acceptable risk profile. MidCap/SME Credit partners origination teams in Midcap/SME segments to provide a whole suite of financing and hedging solutions to our customers. To manage risks effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.Responsibilities* Review and underwrite credit within delegated approving authority.* Mitigate risks with sound risk controls and conditions, in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and adherence with applicable credit risk policies. Address any deviations/non-adherence to established policies and standards.* Monitor and manage portfolio risk profiles and concentrations in line with economic, industry and regulatory trends under stress scenarios.* Ensure integrity and accuracy of credit information and recommend appropriate account and portfolio action plan.* Participate in projects/initiatives/ task force and contribute towards desired outcome.* Work with MidCap/SME RMs to improve the credit assessment and credit memo qualityRequirements* At least 12 years of relevant experience in banks or financial institutions with network in the MidCap/SME space, good knowledge of banking products, operations, legal documentation and end-to-end processes.
