As a Finance Executive, you will be a pillar of support for the Group, especially as we navigate the ever-changing fiscal landscape. Your meticulousness and discernment will be crucial to facilitating our day-to-day operations.
You'll be in charge of:
- Performing Accounts Payable functions along with other tasks required to support the Finance Team and ensuring timely month-end closing of Accounts Payables
- Administering invoice details into the accounting system, reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval authorizations before payment, and processing cheque requests and online funds transfers
- Prepare weekly pay run with proper documentation
- Responsible for invoicing and accounting of intercompany recharge
- Respond to vendor and/or management inquiries, including queries from external auditors, and assist the Accountants with month-end closing and/or related reports where required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
