Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

You will be required to attend queries from motorists, Authorised Agents(AA) and Dealers(AMD) including providing support for various IU stock inventory controls at the Authorised Agents(AA) and Dealers(AMD) as well as Admin/Quality/Logistic support on IU/OBU matters to ensure integrity & consistency of records including the collation of ISO Data for QSM reporting as well as maintenance support for AA & AMD.

You will need to coordinate logistics arrangements, process stock orders, weekly loading of IU files, monthly IU billing, downloading and updating of data for statistical and monitoring purposes.

You will also need to coordinate and assist in the administration of the returns, collections and disposals of defective IUs and related equipment/accessories as well as support for TT239 (IU Warehousing & Logistics Services).

You will have to attend to incidents in the Enterprise Feedback Management System

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Higher Nitec in Service Management/ICT/Logistic & supply chain management or equivalent.
- Good proficiency of MS Office is essential
