Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Regional In-Business Regulatory Risk Management (IBRRM) Manager, the IBRRM Transformation Officer is responsible for driving the implementation and execution of milestones, deliverables and activities under the Compliance Transformation Program Group for the GCB Asia and EMEA region. Job Background/context:
The Compliance Transformation Program Group is responsible for designing and implementing compliance risk management that is consistent with the enterprise-wide risk management framework (as led by the Risk and Controls Program Group) and conducive of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining strong working relationships with Business & Function Leads, Transformation Program Leads, and Country teams.
- Working with region and country teams to drive implementation of transformation plans for the Compliance Transformation Program Group, ensuring timely and comprehensive execution.
- Partner with the Compliance Transformation Lead to ensure programs have clearly identified the required roles and responsibilities and have appropriately identified, and are engaging, all relevant Citi stakeholders with appropriate accountability.
- Ensuring closure and change management of program deliverables to confirm quality and adequacy of deliverables against program target state, including coordination with Internal Audit, as needed.
- Escalating any concerns related to program execution as needed.
- Supporting the IBRRM Manager on other in-business regulatory risk or compliance related tasks.
Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential
- Minimum 5 years experience and good knowledge of Consumer Operations and Consumer product offering, services, policies, procedures, regulations, systems, and technologies.
- Experience with governance, risk and control management, as well as engaging with 2nd/3rd lines of defense.
Desirable
- Experience in transformation role or project management will be beneficial.
Skills: (technical skills)

- Effective executive presentation (written and verbal) skills.

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent relevant business experience.

- Strong team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to multitask, work independently and deliver good quality results effectively under pressure, as well as engage skillfully with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to understand and pick up requirements in a fast changing environment and deliver change
- Works well as a team member and contributes to the overall team beyond self
Contract length: 12 months
