**Responsibilities**

Problem Solving/Assessment:

- Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of functional and/or cross-functional issues (sometimes complex or with a high level of ambiguity)
- Identifies process gaps and issues, and formulates plans to address these
- Assesses impact of manual workarounds

Stakeholder Management:

- Manages stakeholder expectations within team and/or across functions
- Identifies and proactively includes relevant stakeholders and communications effectively
- Escalates to higher management to resolve complex stakeholder issues
- Status reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues, and concerns

Change Management:

- Owns documentation of best practices relevant to Commercial Operations and assists with regular updates of training material and other documents by working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively reaches out to stakeholders to identify opportunities to create structured and formal documentation of processes and activities
- Assesses post-change benefits and success criteria

Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design:

- Obtains, creates, and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders
- Assists with creating BRDs and manages cross-functional and cross-regional reviews of low/medium complexity
- Works with other BAs and IT team on solution design and development
- Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Assesses solutions from multiple angles
- Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business processes within and across functional areas

Reporting, Metrics, and Tools:

- Builds reports, dashboards and models to analyze, report, and present data to identify opportunities for improvement of key business metrics
- Presents insights and opportunities to stakeholders

Alignment, Consistency & Prioritization:

- Assesses priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria
- Recommends alternative solutions, escalating to more senior members
- Represents and protects vital commercial and business interests at various forums
- Participates in cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges, and prioritization efforts
- Supports in providing necessary feedback, guidance and/or advice to team members

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in related field preferred
- A strong academic background with demonstrable commercial acumen;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiar with Salesforce, Siebel CRM, JIRA, Smartsheet, SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
