Report directly to the Business Unit Head (CEO) and Finance Manager for the following:

- Oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets management, and other related financial tasks.
- Support the month-end closing process.
- Handle inventory-related month-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing of staff claims disbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies.
- Prepare tax provision schedules and submit quarterly GST returns.
- Coordinate with auditors on audit-related matters and scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing full sets of accounts.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and GST filing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
