また、持株会社と販売会社の非常勤取締役にも就任して頂きます。

- ステークホルダーに対して企業ビジョンや戦略のPR、信頼関係の構築・維持
- 投資家向けの広報戦略、およびフレームワーク開発
- 社内外とのオープンなコミュニケーション

Requirement**:

- 【求める人物像】
- 10年以上の投資銀行、証券会社での実務経験（下記のいずれかの経験が必須）

a)ストラクチャードファイナンス
b)アセットファイナンス
c)メザニンファイナンス、エクイティファイナンス（ファンド含む）
d)事業再生（ファンド含む）
e)M&Aアドバイザリー
- 5年以上のマネジメント経験
- ビジネス上級レベルの英語
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
