We are looking for an experienced System Led Engineer to support a major infrastructure project involving CCV (Closed-Circuit Video) and ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) systems. This role involves both technical leadership and on-site responsibilities for the deployment and commissioning of advanced surveillance and recognition systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and deployment of CCV and ANPR system solutions across multiple sites.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess and determine the optimal placement and field of view (FOV) for cameras.
- Collaborate with system designers and integration teams to ensure frontend setup is aligned with project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance on the installation, configuration, and calibration of cameras and related equipment.
- Review and verify system performance based on field conditions and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during site deployment and post-installation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CCV and ANPR systems as a system or deployment lead.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of camera configuration, network setup, and field calibration.
- Skilled in conducting site surveys and recommending camera FOV adjustments.
- Familiar with frontend systems integration and real-time monitoring interfaces.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and site layouts.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams on-site.
