The Lead Subsea Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing team leadership and governance to a range of activities related to the Baker Hughes Intervention, IWOCS and P+A scopes within the Services APACI Region. The position is based at Baker Hughes, Singapore facility.

As a Lead Subsea Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading all applicable Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements.
- Collaborating with Global Engineering Product teams on technical updates, notifications, and equipment safety initiatives.
- Leading all regional engineering Intervention and IWOCS scopes from bid through execution to customer delivery.
- Mentoring and developing regional engineering team to increase broader team capability.
- Developing installation, preservation, acceptance test and system integration test procedures and assist with their execution.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Controls Engineering, or related discipline.
- Have a significant engineering experience within the subsea industry or related service organization.
- Have a Service based Customer First mindset and good understanding of risk analysis and hazard mitigation.
- Be able to be proactive and results-oriented, self-motivated and can work with mínimal supervision and within a team.
- Be able to communicate well in a multi-lingual/multi-cultural team environment.
