The Showroom Representative at Steelcase is a key role responsible for engaging customers and consumers who visit our
**Singapore Showroom**, with a focus on leveraging e-commerce strategies to enhance customer engagement.

This position involves creating exceptional experiences for showroom visitors, promoting e-commerce offerings, and actively engaging with consumers to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.

**This is a full-time, permanent role.**

**Showroom Engagement**:

- Welcome and greet customers and consumers at the Singapore Showroom.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with purchase decisions.
- Actively engage with showroom visitors, building rapport and understanding their needs.
- Offer personalized recommendations and product demonstrations to enhance the shopping experience.

**E-commerce Focus**:

- Leverage e-commerce strategies to drive engagement and sales within the showroom.
- Showcase the benefits and convenience of online shopping to customers, encouraging them to explore Steelcase's e-commerce platform.
- Guide customers through the e-commerce process, assisting with account creation, product selection, and online transactions.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, promotions, and campaigns to effectively communicate and drive customer participation.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with showroom visitors, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Proactively follow up with customers to address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, providing valuable input to enhance the showroom experience and e-commerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to align efforts and optimize customer satisfaction.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Steelcase's product offerings, features, and benefits. Stay updated on new product launches, pricing, and promotions.
- Continuously expand knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies to enhance the customer experience.

**Showroom Maintenance**:

- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Assist in merchandising and arranging showroom displays to showcase Steelcase products effectively.

**What you’ll need**:

- Have at least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required.
- Possess intermediate computer skills: use of Microsoft and retail point of sale essential.
- Showroom is maintained to a very high standard at all times
