Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology department. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological aspects of our business, including software development, engineering, architecture, and IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for leading the development of our blockchain-based products, including creating and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy and objectives.

2. Lead and manage a team of developers, engineers, and architects in the design and development of blockchain-based solutions.

3. Develop and maintain software development processes and methodologies, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and standards.

4. Ensure that the company's IT infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.

5. Identify emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain/fintech industry, and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

6. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives.

7. Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors, including negotiating contracts and agreements.

8. Ensure that the company's technology solutions comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in blockchain and fintech. Experience in building public chain / Consortium Blockchain, smart contract and/or MPC wallet is highly ideal.
- Experience leading and managing a team of developers and engineers.
- Strong software development skills and experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
- Both Chinese and English is essential.
