We are actively searching for a dynamic and passionate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to assume a strategic leadership role within our organization. The selected individual will be tasked with driving innovation, aligning technology initiatives, and fostering collaboration across functional teams. As the CTO, you will be instrumental in shaping our technological strategy, ensuring its seamless integration with overarching business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of the overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and oversee both system architecting and development efforts.
- Lead the conception of innovative features, specifically focusing on AI-driven fraud detection systems.
- Ensure efficient, profitable, and secure technology utilization while managing technology solution and R&D budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
- Proficient in writing, auditing, and deploying code, with a capability to establish standardized processes for production support. Build, nurture and manage a team of skillful front-end and back-end developers.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10+ years experience as a CTO or a senior technology leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering corporate banking solutions.
- Experience in AI development frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of technology trends, systems, and methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Proficient in Java, OOAD principles, Microservices/Monolithic architecture, SQL databases, and Spring Boot.
- Experience in performance optimization, including SQL and source code complexity.
- Open to frequent international trips to meet clients.
- Adept team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share/collaborate with peers.
- Superb communicator capable of explaining complex concepts to executives, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with innovative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- (preferred) Familiarity with Accounting Systems, Payment & Settlement Systems, and Payment Gateways.
