**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site;
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site;
- Assists Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities
- Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
- Assists Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;
- Ensures works of System Wide Contractors (SWC) and civil/architectural works are proceeded as planned;
- Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP);
- Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
- Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
- Orders materials required for projects;
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or BCAA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
- Minimum 5 years of relevant field in the construction supervision of M&E building services work (MRT Project, A&A Works, etc)
- Familiar with construction site activities
