**Responsibilities**:
As a **Account Manager**, you will be reporting to the Senior Country Director and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Develop and execute strategic business plans for Product, Channel, and Geography Mix.
- Efficiently acquire new customers and take ownership of the entire sales process.
- Expand partnerships to increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Oversee existing partnerships by driving sell-through, managing inventory, and implementing sell-out plans.
- Monitor market and competitor information for strategic initiatives, collaborating with the Distribution team.
- Demonstrated a proven track record of 5 years of experience in commercial and server business.
- Energetic, dynamic, and optimistic individual with a customer service focus
- Proficient in PC and server skills, with a preference for strong expertise
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Robust analytical skills, capable of excelling in high-pressure situations

**Hybrid working: 3 days WFO + 2 days WFH**
