Singapore SINGLAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsiblities**:

- Lead and inspire the customer service team to deliver quality customer service
- Oversee the customer service counters to ensure proper housekeeping and smooth daily operations
- Duty roster planning, updating and checking of the attendance records of the customer service team
- Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotion and redemption programs, member redemptions, and sale of shopping vouchers
- Handle shoppers’/ tenants’ feedback and enquiries (verbal and written) and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner
- Handle CRM members’ enquiries and provide support to CRM team
- Conduct verification and audit to check for authenticity of redemptions
- To perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or related discipline
- At least 8 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related industry
- Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service
- Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently
- Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Willing to work in town area
