- Translate the Group’s financial data into meaningful insights and present to Group CFO
- Actively participate and lead in cross-team meetings with Finance senior management to formulate and achieve our strategic and financial goals
- Manage the team’s preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for both external and management reporting
- Oversee the development of financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Lead crucial projects such as process improvement and system implementation while managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Be a mentor to junior team members

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Over 10 years of relevant working experience. Big 4 accounting firm experience desired but not a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Passionate in the finance space and loves to challenge the status quo
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment while delivering desired results
- Strong team player with experience in leading, developing and growing teams
